Caitlin has a B.A in dance performance and choreography from Lindenwood University. She toured with “Sesame Street Live” and spent time in Puerto Rico, Mexico, Barbados, NYC, and performed across the U.S.

She has been a motivational speaker for seven years and has shared her Goal Card program with schools throughout Missouri. Caitlin and her husband have started their own business, KC Dynamic Training, which focuses on personal training and nutritional education that is geared towards each individuals goals. Health and wellness is a passion for Caitlin and she loves sharing her enthusiasm with her clients and anyone she comes in contact with.

Combining her love for the stage and training she competes in figure competitions in the NPC circuit, and plans to obtain her pro card within the next year. Caitlin and her husband reside in Wildwood Missouri with their beautiful seven month old daughter Steele Marie.
