Things have come full circle for Stacy Mattingly. Born and raised in Illinois, she was crowned Miss Madison County Fair Queen 2001 and is honored to represent Madison County as MRS. ILLINOIS UNITED STATES®.

Stacy and her husband, Chris are employed in medical sales, keeping her busy helping patients throughout Illinois and Missouri. She is involved with Habitat for Humanity, Stray Rescue and the Women’s Sports Foundation.

Sports have touched all aspects of Stacy’s life. She attended the University of Dayton on a soccer scholarship, setting school records and earning Regional and National recognition. Stacy plans to use her crown promoting a cause near to her heart, “The Benefit of Sports for Young Women.” Research points to physical activity and sports as solutions for many serious problems faced by American girls. Stacy loves showing girls how to get involved in physical activities and integrate sports as part of a healthy lifestyle
